Logitech has introduced an exciting new range of add-ons for its G Pro direct drive wheel, now known as the “DD11.” The new “Racing Series” (RS) line offers a variety of components, including steering wheels, a wheel hub, a universal shifter/handbrake, and a quick release adapter, giving users more customization options. A key highlight is Logitech’s partnership with Momo, the renowned Italian automotive steering wheel brand.

At the center of the new range is the RS Wheel Hub, designed to fit various steering wheels with built-in buttons and a quick release system. The hub is compatible with any Logitech G Direct Drive base, though currently, only the G Pro exists. Notably, pairing an Xbox-compatible hub with a PlayStation-compatible base gives you the flexibility to use it across both consoles and PC. The RS Wheel Hub is priced at $149.99 for Xbox and $129.99 for the PC version.

    RS Round and Track Wheels

Logitech offers two steering wheel options for the RS Wheel Hub: the Round and Track wheels. Both are built from low-carbon aluminum and wrapped in synthetic leather, with a 290mm (11.5-inch) diameter. The Round wheel is ideal for GT racing, while the Track wheel is more suited to Formula-style racing. Each costs $69.99 and is sold separately from the hub.

In collaboration with Momo, Logitech has also launched two high-end steering wheels, the GT 320 and GT-Racer 290. The GT-Racer follows the same 290mm format as the Track wheel, while the GT 320 is slightly larger at 320mm, perfect for a classic GT experience. These premium wheels, featuring black anodized aluminum and synthetic microfiber, will be available in January 2025 at $199 each.

    RS QR Adapter

For those looking to use other wheels, Logitech offers the RS QR Adapter, allowing users to mount any six-stud pattern wheel, including Momo’s real-world products. However, unless paired with the RS Wheel Hub, these setups won’t have electronic compatibility for buttons. The adapter is priced at $69.99.

    RS Shifter & Handbrake

Rounding out the range is the RS Shifter & Handbrake, which can operate as either a sequential shifter or a handbrake. Built from recycled materials and adjustable in multiple ways, it offers customizable response and sensitivity through Logitech’s G Hub software. The shifter/handbrake combo costs $149.99, with an optional $39.99 adapter for console use. It’s also compatible with older Logitech wheels like the G923.

This new lineup offers great flexibility for racing enthusiasts to tailor their setups to their preferences across multiple platforms.
